SRD makes its way to the quaint town of Finsbury in the country which leads the world in whimsy. Penny Perkins is visiting from Ohio and has managed to get a position as a nanny with the Levee family. Will she be able to get control of two uniquely quaint children using the strange powers the agency has given her?
